This family owned and operated Townhouse is a second home that is
only rented occasionally to offset cost. It is beautifully
furnished like our home in Kentucky. This is not your typical
rental property. It has many personnel effects that make you feel
like you are at home. There is no rental agency involved.

The unit has a private patio on a 18 hole putt putt golf course,
full kitchen with prep counter and bar. Wine refrigerator with a well
stocked wine selection. All appliances and utensils
provided. Washer and dryer in unit. 2 bedrooms with a
sleeper/sofa. 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath on the first
floor. Spacious closets in both bedrooms. Gas grill on patio.
Private beach house and ocean front pool for guest and owners only.
Wireless internet in community center free of charge.

Activities include Tennis courts, shuffle board, excercise area, 10
swimming pools including a private beach house with a pool and snack
bar with alcohol sales. 18 hole putt putt golf course directly
behind condo. The beach pool is ocean front and only a 5 minute walk
from the condo.

$1000.00 a week during the summer and $1000.00 a month in the Winter.
$100.00 non refundable deposit is required to hold unit and a
$300.00 refundable damage deposit is required.
