Beach and quiet...that's how Belleair Beach is commonly described.  The city has a private, peaceful atmosphere with all the advantages of waterfront living. Belleair Beach is proudly preserved as one of the last strictly residential beach neighborhoods in Pinellas County. The city is located on the West Central Coast Area and issituated along a barrier island between the resort towns of Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach.

This second floor condominium is located on the Gulf of Mexico. It has two bedrooms, two baths, living room with a sleeper sofa, dining room area, fully equipped kitchen with granite tops including all new major and small appliances. Approximately 1100 square feet, the building/unit is on the beach side with a view of the beautiful homes that surround the intracoastal community. The unit has a washer and dryer, three TV's with cable TV, high-speed internet, telephone with unlimited long distance calling in the U.S. and Canada, a stereo, and DVD player. In addition, there are two smoke detectors tied into the electrical system (with a battery back up), and an electric water heater system. Bingo, dominoes, cards, and kids activities are available for our guests to enjoy. Beach accessories include an 8 foot beach umbrella, four folding beach chairs, beach toys and cart to conveniently transport beach items and more.  The pool and beach are just steps from the condo. Reserved covered parking is two spaces from the elevator. Additional guest parking is in front of the condo. Owners live in nearby Hillsborough County should anything arise that requires their immediate attention.

Belleair Beach residents are provided many recreational facilities including four beach accesses, eleven public parks, the Belleair Beach Boat Ramp, a Municipal Marina with 20 slips, two tennis courts, and playground.  All the beaches along the Gulf of Mexico have their own character and discovering the many activities, restaurants and shopping each has to offer will provide variety to your stay. Tampa is approximately 30-40 minutes away, theme parks are approximately 1 1/2 hours away and aiport access is available through Clearwater-St. Petersburg Airport or Tampa International Airport.

The rental fee includes electric, cable TV service, high speed internet service, telephone with unlimited long distance to the U.S. and Canada, water and garbage.

In order to reserve the unit:

If your arrival is more than 30 days away:
1. Signed Lease
2. 50% of the total rental including 7% Florida sales tax, $75 cleaning fee, and $300 security deposit.

If your arrival is 30 days away or less:
1. Signed Lease
2. The full rental including 7% Florida sales tax, $300 security deposit and $75 cleaning fee.
