A Very Special Conch House in Key West

A lovely and very special conch house.  All Dade County pine walls with brand new floors on the ground floor.  Living room, dining room, full bath and kitchen on 1st floor. 2nd floor is a peaked roof master bedroom with a canopied king size bed and half-bath.  Large 10 ft deep pool.  2 pool houses which together constitute a "mother-in-law suite" for guests.  One has a bedroom (queen bed) the other has a full refrigerator/freezer and sink, plus tv, dining and seating areas.  An outdoor shower and half bath are convenient to the pool houses.  Winding stairs to a private platform in the trees where a futon waits for sleeping (on nice nights) or romantic evenings.

Wifi broadband; cable tv; sound system play ipods, each upstairs, downstairs, and by the pool; full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffe maker, toaster oven, etc.; old style tub and shower on 1st floor plus a "hidden" half bath plus vanity in the 2nd floor bedroom; swing by pool; gurgling well.

On one of most beautiful and desirable blocks in Old Town.  Three blocks off Duval but quiet and peaceful.  Old Town Key West is fabulous for a one month (or more) break.  Music of all types, 3 live major theatres plus others.  More live music clubs per capita than anywhere.  Fabulous restaurants. Wonderful weather (most of the time, we can't adjust it).

28 day minimum rental.  Monthly rates are seasonal.  We welcome groups who put their weeks together.  We will try and help you form a group if we can.
