vacation rental rates
Rates are seasonal. Winter months October through April $2400, May $2000 for monthly rental-includes all utilities. Weekly rates are $900 April -May then Oct- Nov-Dec 15th which also include all utilities-electric, water, trash, cable and internet. Weekly rates for Dec 16th-Jan-Feb-Mar $945. We do not lease daily.
June through September are $1200 per month plus the cost of electricity, Water and trash. Internet and cable will continue to be included. Rental rates are for minimum one month stay June-Sept.
