Coastal California Pool Side Guest House in San Diego

We are located in the Coastal Community of Point Loma/Ocean Beach.

Enjoy a private stay in our guest house, with private entrance, and plenty of parking. We have bay-city views from our rooftop deck, and the Ocean is just a half mile away. Our place is perfect for visitors, and guests who are on a budget for a week or on extended stay, relax and stay awhile.

Our guests enjoy the convenience of being close to the beach with plenty of sun and surf. The San Diego bay is where you can go sports fishing or just cruising the bay in yachts and rental boats.  Seaworld is nearby, about 10 minutes away.  Point Loma also has the Cabrillo National Monument which is a national park. Hiking or bike riding opportunities abound in our area. Downtown is also minutes away, and where you can enjoy dining, and Seaport Villiage, or the Gaslamp Quarter.

Enjoy the finest of extended accomodations. We prefer a minimum of 1 month rental, but some have booked 3 weeks which is ok.  This one bedroom apartment is perfect for a single person, couple or group of 3 or 4. So if you plan on spending time in our fine city look us up.

We feature a rooftop deck where you have views of the city and the San Diego Bay.  The pool is heated by a solar blanket and is around 75 to 85 degress during the summer months. We also feature a grill and patio for guests to enjoy a cookout. 

There is a full bathroom with a shower stall, plenty of towels and linens, and housewares. Our bedroom has a pillow-top queen bed.  There is a full size murphy bed in the living room for extra guests.  There's a giant flat screen HDTV to enjoy your favorite shows, or movies. The apt has an efficeincy kitchen with stove, fridge, sink, microwave. A bbq grill on patio supplements as a great outdoor place to cook delicious meals. We just added a clothes washer, and dryer for added convienance.

The great Pacific Ocean is about half mile away, and beaches are about 1 mile away. A tennis center is a five minute drive, as well as a golf course, and shopping in communities of Ocean Beach, or Point loma.

Enjoy swimming, in the pool or nearby Ocean Beach. OB is also a top surf spot where you can take lessons and begin your surfing experience. Our guests are very close to Seaworld, which is about 10 minutes away.  I've clocked my self to the San Diego Zoo, and it took me 15 minutes.

Downtown San Diego has much to offer including dining, shopping, sightseeing, and bay cruises. The Cabrillo National Monument is a national park where you can hike and dip your feet into the tidepools or just marvel at the spectacular views.

If you're really an avid walker we suggest walking the beautiful hills of Point Loma, you'll get quiet a workout.  The Midway area is filled with markets, shopping centers, and fitness centers too. Enjoy all this while living in a quiet residental area of Point Loma.

Our summer season Monthly rate June-Sept $4000, Weekly rates $980 - $1260 depending on the seaon. Inquire on Discounts for Multi-month longer term rentals. This is perfect for short term visitor or an exteded stay rental,  Longer term stays are appreciated 2 weeks or more. (rates may change w/o notice)
