Labor Day Weekend - Aug 30 - September 1 - $375 nightly

Spring/ Fall Rate March 23- May 24 and September 3- November 20 -
$1650 weekly/ $275 nightly

Winter/Rate January 1- March 22 and November 21 - March 22 - $1350 weekly/ $225 nightly

There is also a $300 refundable security deposit, $150 cleaning fee, and 10% tax on the rent.
