Your family can enjoy a spacious yard on the lake for activities, a large patio for eating, private dock with ladder for boating or fishing, and a fire pit for great evenings under the stars.  You can also simply relax in the sunroom facing the lake or enjoy beautiful views from 3 lakefront bedrooms. The house is great for creating lasting memories with the family. 

4 Bedrooms with 3 1/2 baths. Queen in master bedroom on main floor with private bath. Queens in the other 3 rooms and one of the bedrooms also has a separate trundle bed and 1 window nook twin. Full kitchen, large living room, family room with TV,  and a beautiful sunroom with fireplace.  Cable TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, gas grill, a/c, laundry room with full washer and drier.  Bedding and towels provided.  Dock is available June through August.

Swimming, boating, sailing, waterskiing, fishing, golf, shopping, education, eating....  can all to be enjoyed near the house or within a short drive. Wegman's, Chautauqua Mall, Jamestown and great restaurants are all located within a few miles.  Chautauqua Institution, known for its quaint cottages, beautiful grounds, education, lectures, kids camps, the arts, spirituality, shopping, and the Chautauqua Symphony Orchestra is about 10 miles up the road. Don't forget about the upstate NY wineries, Midway Amusement Park, Splash Lagoon in Erie and the Seneca Alleghany Casino which are all within about a 30-45 minute drive.

Summer weekly rental $3000.

Additional $500 security deposit required and refundable as long as property is left in the same or better condition than when you checked in.

Absolutely no pets and no smoking! One of the family members has allergies and asthma.
