Just imagine having your favorite drink while relaxing on your private, oversized balcony, with such an unobstructed view of the sugar white sand beach and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico you will think that it is all yours. And so it "is yours" while you are here!

You can either observe the passing scenery and activities from the balcony or hit the beach and participate in activities such as swimming, sunbathing, building sandcastles, surf-fishing, or beach volleyball. There are also nearby rentals for fishing, parasailing, boating, wave runners, and/or catamarans. For those who wish to bring their own boat there is a convenient parking lot across the street for that purpose, and there are boat launch sites near by. There is also an outdoor pool for your enjoyment. And for those rare cloudy days there is a heated indoor pool. Keep in shape using the fitness equipment or play tennis on the lighted court.

You are within two blocks of the Orange Beach shopping center with groceries stores, gift shops, movie rentals, etc., and within a two mile radius there are several upscale restaurants, marinas, souvenir and gift shops, an upscale shopping plaza, miniature golf, and an arcade. Many other activities such as golf, amusement parks, a zoo, water park, Riviera Center Outlet Mall, live theater, cinemas, the Alabama Birding Trail, and museums are all within a few minutes of our convenient location.

This two bedroom, two bath unit is located on the sixth floor of The Palms a popular low density condominium facility. The unit was redecorated after Ivan and is a lovely tropical beach décor perfect for a romantic getaway or for a great family vacation. Our large rooms (1244 square feet total) allow you to be comfortable and move around freely.

The balcony is 10 feet by 24 feet and very private, not like some building with staggered fronts. The view from the living room and master bedroom through the wall of windows and sliding doors is AWESOME! The view from the second bedroom looks out across to Cotton Bayou and you can see Perdido Pass from the rear balcony as you enter and leave the unit.

The oversize kitchen is fully-equipped and has enough room for a round wrought-iron and glass table with four chairs. Perfect for messy kids or a place for a snack. There are also two stools at the bar. Off the kitchen is a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a King-size bed and a TV with a VCR. The second bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, chest, and a TV with VCR. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, TV with a VCR/DVD combo and a stereo with a CD player.
