just can't imagine! The winter time is the best time to see the Bald  
Eagles.  The property over looks Eagles Nest Island! Located in BATH  
SPRINGS, TN  only 8 miles West  
of Clifton, TN, 18 miles South of Parsons, TN. 33 miles from I-40 at  
exit # 126--32 miles from Pickwick Dam & Shiloh Park 
You will be on top of the world looking out over the Beautiful  
Tennessee River.  The Southern Comfort Retreat, is in a gated  
community with only 9 homes, full of wildlife and tranquility.  If  
peace is what your seeking, then you have found the right spot of  
Paradise At this custom home with a private in ground pool and a  
View to Die For.  The home offers 3 bedrooms & 2 baths with a large  
living room.  There is plenty to do year round!! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home is comprised of 3100 sq. ft.  Large kitchen with  
double door refrigerator with ice maker, stove, coffee maker,  
dishwasher and all the  
cooking utensils and cookware needed to whip up that gourmet meal for 
the family.   
The living room offers satelite TV with DVD player with lots of  
movies, gas log fireplace for those romantic evenings, plush  
furnishings.  A fabulous view of the swimming pool and the river  
from the bay window in the living room. 
The home offers 3 bedrooms, one with a king size sleigh bed, the two 
other bedrooms offer (1) queen size bed and one full size.  Two  
bathrooms.  The whole house is on one level.  Utility room with  
washer & dryer.  Large billard room, with pool table, pub table,  
sleeper sofa, satelite TV with VCR & Playstation & X-BOX with lots  
of games and movies and.  C.D. Player. Step out of the billard room  
onto the back deck, which offers out door sitting, charcoal grill,  
smoker, and steps right down to your very on in-ground pool.  The  
view is absolutely breath taking.  The pool is surrounded by   
outdoor speakers in a rock and wrought iron fence, for your music  
pleasure and after dark the lights on the rock pillars come on for a  
soft glow. 
There are two roll away beds for additional sleeping and a full size  
sleeper sofa.  All linens and towels and wash clothes provided.  All  
the comforts of home are awaiting you.  This is a non-smoking  
residents.  There is smoking outside on decks and pool area.

Activities and Attractions

Sight seeing--fishing--swimming--boating--Marina is only a couple 
miles away.  Golf course a Jack Nicholson design at Ross Creek State 
Park is only 10 miles away.  City park located right on the banks of 
the river in Clifton, TN, 8 miles away.  Boat ramp to launch your  
water craft only 1/10th of a mile from the house. If your into the  
Civil War era, Shiloh National Park is 34 miles away, and there is  
several other Civil War sites.  PICKWICK LAKE is 33 Miles AWAY!!   
Nashville Tennessee is 115 miles East with all the activity in the

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season:  May 1 - September 30....$ 210.00 per night 3 night  
minimum  Months of June & July a 7 night stay minimum 
              $ 1250 @ week  (7th night is FREE) 
 
 
Low Season:   November 1 - April 30....$ 165.00 per night 2 night  
minimum 
              $ 990 @ week (7th night is FREE) 
 
Holiday Period     December 20 - January 3....$ 200.00 per night 3 
night minimum       $ 1200 @ week  (7th night FREE) 
There is a $ 350 booking and security deposit, refundable 14-21 days  
after departure.  Your deposit secures your booking dates.  If there  
is a cancellation 30 days prior to arrival your deposit is 100%  
refunded.  If less than 30 days, there is a $ 50 retaining fee.  
 $ 65 cleaning fee, due with rental payment.  Your rental fee is not  
due til 14 days prior to arrival. You may use a major credit card by  
calling us, for your deposit.
