The welcoming beach house continues upstairs to the additional 2 bedrooms with a shared full size bathroom.  The upstairs front bedroom includes a sunny patio with view of the ocean. This warm welcoming home is available for a 3 day weekend, weekly or monthly get away. It is located only 4 houses from the beach.  It is within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, fire pits and entertainment. Close to Balboa Fun Zone, Huntington Beach, Amusement parks, Fashion Island Mall and Catalina and Balboa Islands

House Amenities that are included in the price unless the price is discounted.  Linens, blankets, comforters, pillows, 2 towels sets to each bathroom, Kitchen Towels/New Sponge, 8 Beach Towels, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Kleenex, Laundry Detergent, Dish Soap, Dishwashing Detergent, hand soap, shower bar soap, Shampoo/Conditioner,  lotions, hair dryer, bathroom amenities including but not limited to: First Aid, aspirin, cotton ball, qtips and much more. 

KITCHEN: Comes fully equipped for entertaining and cooking.  Including but not limited to: Place settings for 8 for dining, pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, BBQ utensils, wine glasses, muffin tins, cooking spices, limited condiments and much more.

LIVING ROOM:  52" Flat Screen Plasma Cable TV with remote, Ipod Doc/speakers, DVD player with 10 DVD's, Wireless Internet, Board games for family fun

BEDROOM 1 DOWNSTAIRS:  This bedroom is downstairs next to the full bathroom that has a full/twin bunkbed, a dresser, a large mirrored wall closet, a TV with remote, children's toys and games and extra blankets  

BEDROOM 2 UPSTAIRS:  This bedroom is located upstairs with a Queen bed, 2 night stands, a dresser, alarm clock. a mirrored wall closet and extra blanket.

MASTER BEDROOM UPSTAIRS WITH VIEW:  This master bedroom has a queen bed, 2 nightstands, a large mirrored wall closet, french doors opening to a balcony that has a view of the ocean.

WASHER/DRYER LAUNDRY ROOM:  The Laundry room is in the garage and shared with the upstairs guests. There is an Ironing Board / Iron and cleaning supplies.

PARKING:  2 car tandem garage parking, free guest parking on the street

OUTDOOR:  6 person picnic table with umbrella, Propane BBQ with extra propane, 2 boogie boards, assorted beach toys/games, 2 beach chairs, Beach umbrella, ONLY 4 houses from the beach,  3/4 mile to the Newport Beach Pier

SUITABILITY:  NO Smoking,  Only small, welltrained, non-shedding dogs-MUST be APPROVED at time of submission of contract.  Must have an adult staying at the house during the term of the lease. 

 
MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. You will be greeted at the house upon check in to be shown the house and the neighborhood. Available 24/7 for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay.

$3000 monthly=30 days.  $2000* weekly rate = 7 nights. $400* nightly rate (minimum 3 nights).
