Welcome! You have found the Treasured Delight. This warm welcoming 2 bedroom/2bath is a weekly rental during the summer months only. Sept to June is a 9 month winter rental.

This beautiful 2nd story 2bedroom 2 bath beach house with wood floors throughout and burber carpet in all bedrooms consists of a open floor plan with a gas fireplace, flat screen cable and DVD player, stereo, tasteful furniture, a 6 person dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The Master Bedroom in the back of the house has a queen bed and an attached full size bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of twin bunk beds . The 2nd bathroom was also recently remodeled with a beautifully tiled shower. The front entrance to the house has a great beach atmosphere with a covered patio (patio on right).

You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN!

6 Beach Towels, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Kleenex, Laundry Detergent, Dish Soap, Dishwashing Detergent, hand soap, shower bar soap, Shampoo/Conditioner, lotions, hair dryer, bathroom amenities including but not limited to: First Aid, aspirin, cotton ball, qtips and much more.

KITCHEN: Comes fully equipped for entertaining and cooking. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and microwave. Including but not limited to: Place settings for 6 for dining, pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, BBQ utensils, wine glasses, muffin tins, cooking spices, limited condiments and much more.

LIVING ROOM: 42"Flat Screen Cable TV with remote, Ipod Doc/speakers, DVD player with 10 DVD's, Wireless Internet, Board games for family fun

BEDROOM 1: This bedroom has 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds, a dresser, mirrored wall
closet floor fan and extra blankets

GUEST BATHROOM:  Shower/Tub combo with separate room with vanity sink.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom has a Queen bed, 2 night stands, a dresser, alarm clock. a mirrored wall closet and extra blanket.

MASTER BATHROOM:  Private bathroom that connects to the master bedroom.  Recently
remodeled tile Stand up shower with vanity sink/mirror.

WASHER/DRYER LAUNDRY ROOM: The Laundry room is in the garage and shared with the upstairs guests. There is an Ironing Board / Iron and cleaning supplies.

PARKING: 1 car garage parking, free guest parking on the street

OUTDOOR: 6 person teak patio set, Propane BBQ with extra propane, 2 boogie boards, assorted beach toys/games, 2 beach chairs, Beach umbrella, ONLY 4 houses from the beach, 3/4 mile to the Newport Beach Pier

SUITABILITY: NO Smoking, Only small, welltrained, non-shedding dogs-MUST be APPROVED at time of submission of contract. Must have an adult staying at
the home during the term of the lease.

MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. You will be greeted at the house upon check in to be shown the house and the neighborhood. Available 24/7 for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay.
