A great place to bring a group for fishing, relaxing or visiting the FSU Campus (25 min. away). Excellent boating and skiing on the 8,850 acre lake bordered by a national forest. Fish for bass, bream, speckled perch from your boat or our dock (with spacious boat house). Enjoy abundant wild life, including bald eagles nesting across the cove. Walk to dinner at Sportsman's Bar and Restaurant. Buy gas, bait and fishing license at marina nearby.

Two stories with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and luxury shower. Upstairs great room with panoramic view overlooking lake, fireplace, game table and wet bar. Private balcony upstairs for sunning. Fully equipped kitchen with duel-fuel range, full sized refrigerator, full sized freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Dining room downstairs, too. Screened porch downstairs. Additional fully equipped summer kitchen with commercial ice machine and fish fryer. House has central heat and air. All linens provided. Satellite TV. Parking for 5 cars.

vacation rental rates
$125 per night is for two adults on week nights; $205 per night is for 10 adults on week nights. Children over 6 stay free. (No children under 6, please.) Adults are those ages 13 and up. Weekend rates and Football weekends (FSU & FAMU) are higher. Two night minimum: security deposit required to reserve rental. Security deposit is 50% of rental fee. Full refund of security deposit within seven days if property is left "ready to rent." No fraternities, sororities, student organizations or pets. Rental rate chart and rental agreement available upon request.
