This is a lovely large one-bedroom with southern exposure which makes it cool in the summertime. Enjoy the apartment for one week, or up to three, in the summer, fall, winter or spring. The apt features a terrace overlooking the Hudson River and a large garden and trees and a 30 ft living room. it's quiet and peaceful; a great place to work or relax in a safe doorman building with all amenities, fully furnished including air conditioner and dishwasher and close to everything you could wish for. 

Apt has WiFi, cable TV, VCR, DVD, and phone.

 Just turn the key and make yourself at home.

 Fully residential neighborhood,  steps away from Hudson Park. Buses stop right here and the best subway in town is one block away.

I enjoy sharing my apt with appreciative visitors. Here's a comment from a recent guest: "I want you to know that I had a wonderful time at your place, everything was perfect, I love the location, the view, the spacious flat, the plants, the area, the supermarket, the 72nd subway station...I've been out and about all the time and still feel I would need at least another 3 months. So one thing is for sure: I'll be back!"

It's a wonderful building with gardens, a driveway and Parking in the building. Away from the madding crowd yet accessible to all the wonders of New York City. 

I allow well-behaved dogs and nearby Hudson and Riverside Parks make it an additional pleasure to live here. 

The upper Westside is a great, safe place to live and visit. It's truly residential,yet only a block away from Broadway and aone-stop express train to the theater district.  

Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. Hudson Park is steps away for walking, bike riding, dining and activities all summer long. There's even Argentine Tango on one of the piers. Huge backyard and gardens in front and back are part of the building. 

 Riverside park and a dog run is a short block away and Central Park is also near.    

Fees include rental cost plus security deposit to be returned at the end of month of stay, less utilitiy costs pro-rated, including phone, cable, WiFi and electricity.
