Awesome Beach House one house to Strand! in Manhattan Beach

We all hear Location, Location, Location and yes it is true...  Now for the first time , this  property has come available as a vacation rental.  This 2 bedroom,2 bath home is  ready for your arrival.  Freshly painted and new Pergo floors in living room, outfitted with  an eclectic , casual/Californian decor. Both bedrooms have their own separate baths, and the living room also has a pull out sofa bed for extra guests.  Need I mention the views?  Yes, we have incredible views .. of the world famous  Manhattan Beach Pier,whitewater, and even views of PV and Catalina Island. The deck is quite convenient right off the living and dining room area, for the those great BBQ days and sunset viewing and  to take in the Ocean breezes and hear the roar of the surf!   Just one house away is the Strand and the Beach!  As stated in above, this location cannot be beat, since we are  only one house to 7th street , a  walkstreet and the Strand.   Walking or biking  is a way of life in our little town, so leave the car at home,  we are only 4 short blocks to the pier, and all that downtown has to offer.  Nice to know though, we have a garage that has a beach shower and room to park 2 ecomony size cars, one inside and one outside.  Parking as you know is priceless! (NO DISHWASHER), bed linens, towels and beach towels provided,  TV/ in living room, and one in each bedroom,  Cable and Internet provided.  Ipod docking station. Gas log Fireplace. Picture windows and dutch door to viewing deck. Beach Chairs and 2 bikes provided.

swimming, rollerblading, biking, kayaking, surfing, paddle surfing, boating, volleyball, beach sunbathing. Most any activity at the beach!  Within 45- minutes to one hour of all tourist attractions including, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farms, Rodeo Drive, Hollwood etc.

High Season rates May-October, including all Holidays. $2500/wk May, $2700/wk,June, $2800/wk July and August. Sept and October $2400 wkly.  Nightly based off prorated weekly rate, Minimum 3 night stay only.  Discounted rates do not apply during high season

Low Season: November -May1 not including Holidays, $2000 week . Monthly rate call for details.

50% deposit to reserve, balance due 2 wks prior arrival. No refund if cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival.  Cleaning fee additional $100, Security deposit, $500 upon check in, held in a trust until departure review.
