Weekly and Monthly Rates:

WINTER (Nov - Apr): $1,100 per week, $3600 per month -- Additional nights $175

SUMMER (May - Aug): $800 per week, $2,600 per month -- Additional nights $125

FALL (Sep - Oct): $700 per week, $2,400 per month -- Additional nights $125

A cleaning fee of $100 is charged for each stay up to 2 weeks. Monthly stays may also require a mid-month cleaning.

Nightly Rates:

WINTER (Nov - Apr): $200 Weekday -- $225 Weekend

SUMMER (May - Aug): $150 Weekday -- $175 Weekend

FALL (Sep - Oct): $150 Weekday -- $175 Weekend
