Great house for family vacation

Great house for family vacation. One bedroom on first floor (queen bed), master and kids room (two sets of pyramid bunk beds) is upstairs. Great to have a loft family room on second floor for the kids and extra space. Plenty of supplies in tke kitchen. Really nice screened in porch for evenings with no bugs. Liked staying on teh east side of the island. Easy bike ride to town (~2 miles) and only about a mile to the park by the fire department.

There are only a few down sides I would note: (1) The exterior of the house is not very clean. The deck was dirty, full of spider webs and there are birds living in the eves of the home. The yard and around the house are not well taken care of. (2) There are only two air conditioner units in the home. One is up in the master bedroom on the second floor and the other is in the livingroom/dinning room area. While it took care of the majority of heat, it was still really hot in the kids bedroom and first floor bedroom. Needed a couple more working fans. (3) The master bedroom furniture is nice to look at but the is noisy. It was ridiculous. You can't even roll over in bed without making a lot of noise. I think that the wood slates in the headboard rub together.

With all of the that - we would go back to this house.
