Weekly - $900 11/15 to 4/15, holiday weeks $1500

Winter Monthly - $2500 - includes utilities 

Summer Seasonal - $2500 for up to 10 weeks, electric not included

Above rates do not include 7% tax and $100 cleaning fee unless noted

$200 Refundable Security Deposit Required

Pets allowed with a $200 security deposit  and additonal $75 cleaning fee.  We MUST be notified in advance when you're making your reservation.

Credit Card Payments Accepted via Paypal (renter to pay any PayPal Fees).  Checks accepted if booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
