Nightly -  $125 midweek, $175 weekends 12/1 to 4/1

              $275 per night Christmas, MLK and Feb VC

              $100 midweek $125 weekends & holidays 4/1 - 12/1

              3 night minimum

Weekly - $900 12/1 to 4/1, holiday weeks $1800

              $700 4/1 to 12/1

Winter Monthly - $2500 - includes utilities 

Summer Seasonal - $2500 for up to 10 weeks, electric not included

                               Townhouse does have 2 window A/Cs

Above rates do not include 7% tax.  There is NO additional cleaning fee unless 1) you have a pet or 2) you are not staying for the 3 night minimum

$250 Refundable Security Deposit Required

Pets considered with an additonal $75 cleaning fee.  We MUST be notified in advance when you're making your reservation.  Pets are not allowed on the furniture.  

Credit Card Payments Accepted via Paypal (renter to pay any PayPal Fees).  Checks accepted if booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
