One of Siesta Keys newest complex (opened Spring 06). Offering luxury living at it's best. This 3 bedroom beachfront condominium offers a spectacular view of the world famous Siesta Key Beach from the open air balcony, living room/kitchen and master bedroom.
Unit has lots of upgrades with bamboo flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 4 televisions, Bose stereo, surround sound, washer/dryer and high speed internet access. Complex offers 2 pools, one just off the beach and the second is an elevated pool located on the second floor in the middle of the complex. There is also a small work-out room. Unit has two assigned covered parking spaces. Sleeps 6 (1king & 3 queen beds)
Property has a minimum stay of one month from January - April. Minimum stay of one week from May - December.
