This is the perfect Ocean Front - Sea Ranch getaway! We have 2 Bedrooms  (1 King, 1 Queen) and a Sitting room with 2 Twin beds.

The house is just 50 unobstructed yards from the crash of the white water! Enjoy a wonderful fire in the fireplace while watching the surf crash into our cove.  Whether for a romantic escape, a family vacation or a small group of friends, this is the place! We welcome your children.  No pets please!!!!! 

Our private patio has a Gas BBQ and Hot Tub with views of the Pacific Ocean.  The Master suite has a balcony for that sunset glass of wine.

Easy access to the Bluff Trail, just 50 yards away through our front yard. Golf, Tennis and Swimming less than a 5 minute drive.  Bring your bikes or your hiking shoes and explore the trails.  Abalone diving in the Pacific Ocean as well as Kayaking on the River. The town of Gualala is 5 minutes away with restaurants, groceries, coffee house, video store, and quaint shops. 

Point Arena Lighthouse is a 45 minute drive with the artsy town of Mendocino another 20 minutes up the Coast! Wineries a short drive away.

Enjoy the game on the 42" Flat Screen TV via DirectTV (satellite) or watch a favorite movie on the Blue Ray DVD.  There are three recreational facilities available as part of your rental: each with a pool, tennis courts and locker room with sauna. Firewood for both fireplaces provided. The home has High Thread Count Sheets and Egyptian Cotton Towels for your plush comfort! WiFi included!

The house is the perfect blend of comfort with nature just outside the doors and windows.

The upstairs Sitting Room has two Twin Beds.

Our Private Hot Tub enjoys the Ocean View. We have a Private Patio and a Deck off of the Master Bedroom.

The Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and service ware.

We have two TV's both with DVD Players and Direct TV (satellite)one Blue Ray. One of the TV's is a 42" Flat Screen.

We provide the Firewood for the 2 Fireplaces.

Whether you are a Hiker or Biker, there are many trails throughout the 6,000 acres of Sea Ranch.  The 10 mile long Bluff Trail is 50 yards out our door.

Golf Links, Tennis Courts, and Swimming Pools all nearby. The three recreational facilities are all available to you as our guests, the newest just 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk through the meadows. Each of the rec facilities include Locker Rooms with Saunas!   The Sea Ranch Golf Links is only a 5 minute drive.

There is Abolone Diving, Kyacking, Horseback Riding, Fishing and  Tide Pooling all in the area.

Winter Season:  4th Night Free January through February $ 245/night 

 High Season:  7th Night Free March though October $ 265/night
