10th Floor Lovers Key Beach Club Condo with Great Views in Fort Myers Beach

Welcome to Lovers Key Beach Club 1006.  This wonderful 10th floor renovated condo has commanding water views and endless miles of gorgeous scenery just waiting for you.  Lovers Key Beach Club is a gated, secure community with its own private beach, beautiful, in-ground heated pool, jacuzzi, awesome fishing, a fabulous restaurant (Flippers), and amazing wildlife viewing. There is also free WiFi throughout the condo for those who need to stay connected, as well as a shared laundry facility, waterfront BBQ grills and picnic sitting area for your pleasure.

This one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. The great room consists of a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, and living room, all opening to the balcony overlooking Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach.  The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and queen size pull out sleeper sofa. Rest peacefully on the king bed in the master bedroom. Or watch a late night movie on the in-room TV.  The bathroom has been remodeled and upgraded with granite counters and a full tiled shower.

Enjoy the incredible views of Estero Bay, Fort Myers Beach, and Lovers Key beach from your balcony. You'll find it hard to pull yourself away from the sites and sounds. Watch the dolphins play, the manatees swim by, the boats and birds, or the stillness of the mangrove islands. There's always something to see across the miles of viewing area for you to take in.

Off Season: $425-$500 weekly,  $1500-$1750 monthly

Peak Season: $800-$1050 weekly,  $2800-$3325 monthly 

Please add a departure cleaning fee of $100, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, a $50 damage waiver fee and an 11% tax to the above rates.  Rates include all utilities.  Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.
