Beach Mist Townhouse is 3 levels and on the Ocean Block. It is located in North Ocean city on 140th Street. All three decks/balconies have a view of the ocean. The townhouse is approximately 1300 sq feet. It only takes a couple of minutes to be sitting on the beach and enjoying the sun! There is central air conditioning, washer, dryer, microwave, and a dishwasher. You will have two assigned parking spaces available, your own shed for your beach gear, and an outside shower in the parking area. You are within walking distance for restaurants, mini golf, and the movie theatre. We know you will enjoy our home away from home! No Senior Week rentals. No pets or smoking please. We only rent to adults over 25 and to families. wi fi now set up for our unit.

Our first floor has a large kitchen. The dining table seats 6 and there are two additional stools at the kitchen counter. There is also a half bath. The living room has a tv, dvd, sofa couch that sleeps two, and deck/balcony.
The second floor has a master bedroom with queen size bed and full bath, tv, dvd, and private deck/balcony. The second bedrom has two twin beds and a bath with a shower.
The third floor has a master bedroom with king size bed and full bath, tv, dvd, and private deck/balcony.

Beach Mist Condo is close to restaurants, the movie threatre, and mini golf all within walking distance. It is just a few blocks from Fenwick, Delaware. Further North leads to the Rehobeth Beach shopping outlets and going South gets you to the O.C. boardwalk.
