Welcome to PARADISE! Enjoy carefree living in this beautifully decorated oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Surf Club 1 Unit #1107 is a ground floor unit with fantastic ocean views from both the living room and master suite. Tile throughout main living area and berber carpet in bedrooms. King size bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in guest room. Both bedrooms also have Flat Screen TV and DVD Player. Queen sleeper sofa and 2 rocker swivel chairs in the living area which also has a 50" Flat Screen TV and DVD Player for your enjoyment.
Condo has Cable TV and Wireless Internet Service so bring your laptop. Condo also has Free Long Distance Phone Service anywhere in the United States.
Master bath has separate tub and shower with double vanities and two walk-in closets. Kitchen is fully equipped and breakfast nook has a pub table perfect for playing a game of cards or casual dining for 4. There is also a dining area that seats 6. Condo has a private washer/dryer inside the unit. Oversized 24'x30' patio is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or soaking up the sun.
Surf Club amenities include a day dock on the intracoastal waterway that is great for fishing or enjoying a sunset. You have access to three pools, one of which is heated. A sports complex with lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard and volleyball is also available for your enjoyment. Surf Club is a gated community with a 24 hour guard. Surf Club is centrally located between the nations oldest city, St. Augustine, and Daytona Beach. Swim with the dolphins at Marineland, which is within walking distance. There are also bike/nature trails to explore. Kick back, relax, and enjoy life at the beach!
One week minimum stay is required. The condo is located on the 1st floor of a six story building. No Boats, RVs or Trailers are allowed in Surf Club parking area, but can be parked nearby for a fee. Email me for details.

Fully equiped Kitchen includes full size refrigerator with ice maker/water in the door, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven and a blender.
Full size washer/dryer inside condo. Master bath has separate shower, tub and dual sinks.

activities and attractions in Palm Coast Atlantic Coast North
Water activities such as surfing, sail boarding, jet skiing, boating, kayaking, fishing or just enjoying the unique coquina beach are all available. If you love golf, there are numerous golf courses nearby, including Ocean Hammock Golf Club. The World Golf Village and PGA Hall of Fame are only forty-five minutes away. Just a few minutes away is the state park of Washington Oaks and its botanical gardens, and the historic Fort Matanzas site with guided tours. Many great restaurants are also in the vicinity.
Marineland, with its fascinating marine life and exhibits, is one mile north. St. Augustine, with its historic sites, shops, restaurants and galleries, is twenty minutes to the north and famous Daytona Beach is thirty minutes to the south. The entertainment attractions of Universal, Epcot, Disney World and Sea World in Orlando are only ninety minutes away. Kennedy Space Center is nearby. Major Airports are also nearby in Daytona, Jacksonville and Orlando.
