This 1 050 square feet condo is a corner unit on the 2nd floor with elevator access. The condo’s living area, master bedroom and furnished lanai (screened balcony)  face North West with a beautiful outlook over palm trees/shrubs and the newly renovated golf course. The Lanai has been screened in to give a 160 square feet of extra space.

Renters are entitled to play golf at the TARA Golf & Country Club, a private club, by payment of a $200 fee (cart rental only payable). 

This ‘’Class A’’ Membership also includes the facilities within the newly renovated clubhouse, pool, tennis, great restaurants and fitness centre. 

Opposite the condo is a heated pool/hot tub and tennis court. The condo is situated on State Road 70, approximately 1 mile west of Interstate 75. 

The surrounding area offers white sandy beaches, cultural events, excellent restaurants, shopping malls and many local golf courses, good fishing, and wonderful weather all year round.

     
The condo consists of a large living space and dining area seating four to six, a fully fitted and well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a master bedroom with one king size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite shower and WC with patio door to the lanai  plus a second bedroom with a single bed & brand new office desk with a full bathroom next to it.

There is a separate utility area in the apartment with washer and dryer.

The apartment is fully air conditioned  and new noise-free ceiling fans were installed recently in every room. This condo is newly renovated, furnished and decorated (2010-2011) giving easy and comfortable living in a pleasant atmosphere.

There is a 32 inch flat screen TV in the living area and a 24 inch TV in the master bedroom.

The TV cable provides up to 75 channels with a digital signal plus a «On Demand Service». This service provides free and chargeable TV shows and movies.

The lanai is fully screened allowing the outside to be enjoyed at all times, especially enjoyable for relaxing at sunset!

FREE LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE SERVICE is provided for calls made within the US and to Canada. New wireless telephones bases are located in the kitchen and the office.

FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE is included.

Electricity is included in the rental fee.

A large variety of activities and attractions are available locally: 

      The beautiful beaches of Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria are all within a 30 minute drive. Also, at these locations and Jiggs Landing (in walking distance to the condo) you can go fishing, in shore and deep sea, boating and sailing. Surfing, snorkelling and diving are also popular.
