Vacation Rental Description

Beach duplex 9 houses from the sand.  Upstairs 
is a large two bedroom two bathroom with a queen size bed and a 
queen size sectional sofa sleeper. Master bedroom has a futon, 
daybed with a trundle and a wet bar.  Front and rear decks.  
Mountain views.  
Sleeps 4-6.


Downstairs has a nice patio and garden area, two bedrooms with queen 
size beds and a futon sofa in the living room.   Sleeps 4-6. 

First set of pictures are of the downstairs garden patio area and 
living room.

Second set of pictures are of the upstairs living room, bedrooms, 
our neighborhood and beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Upstairs: Fireplace, microwave, dishwasher, telephone, TV-DVD-VCR, 
stereo, BBQ, shared washer and drier.  
One indoor parking space and one in the driveway. High speed 
internet.

Activities and Attractions

Pierpont beach area is located halfway between the marina and the 
pier.  Great restaurants, surfing , fishing and bicycling.  Quaint 
old town Ventura is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk.

45 minutes to Santa Barbara Airport
60 minutes to Los Angeles or Burbank Airports
5 minutes to AmTrak/Metrolink train station

Vacation Rental Rates

Downstairs: $1800 per month plus $125 cleaning charge.
Upstairs: $2200 per month plus $125 cleaning charge.

Summer rates: Downstairs $1200 per week
              Upstairs $1400 per week
