Upstairs is a large (1300 square foot) two bedroom two bathroom with a queen size bed.  Large sofa and loveseat in the living room.  The master bedroom has a futon, daybed with a trundle and a wet bar. Front and rear decks.
Mountain views.
Sleeps 4-7.

Ventura, Central Coast, CA is one hour north of Malibu and one half hour south of Santa Barbara, CA

Downstairs has a nice patio and garden area, two bedrooms one bath with queen size beds and a futon sofa in the living room. Sleeps 4-6.

Upstairs: Fireplace, microwave, dishwasher, telephone, 32 LCD TV-DVD-VCR, stereo, BBQ, shared washer and drier.
One indoor parking space and one in the driveway. High speed
internet.

Pierpont beach area is located halfway between the marina and the
pier. Great restaurants, surfing , fishing and bicycling. Quaint

60 minutes to Los Angeles or Burbank Airports
5 minutes to AmTrak/Metrolink train station

Downstairs: $1800 per month Labor Day-Memorial Day, $3600 per month Memorial Day-Labor Day  plus $125 cleaning charge.

Upstairs: $2200 per month Labor Day-Memorial Day, $4000 per month Memorial Day-Labor Day plus $125 cleaning charge.
