Living Room

The living room features new tile floors, beautiful area rugs, and cushioned  furniture that exudes casual elegances. Look out the expansive windows onto the Gulf or step onto the balcony for a closer look of the beach and the waves. When the sun goes down, turn on the TV and DVD player.

 Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter top, stainless steel appliance including a smooth top stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, glass blender, coffee maker, electric can opener, electric mixer, and non-stick pots and pans. The kitchen is open to the living room, and also to a dining area that features chairs for eight.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful, comfortable, brand-new mattress. Large windows offer beautiful ocean views, while the decorations are truly tropical. Beautiful cocoa walls, cool tile floors, and tropical-colored linens make this room a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach. This room also features a TV and DVD player. There is master bath next to the master bed featuring granite counter tops and 36" cabinets. There is plenty of storage space in the closet, cabinets and 9 drawers chest. There is a sofa in the master bedroom to enjoy the ocean view with a cool drink.

2nd Bedroom

The second bedroom features a king size bed and tropical-inspired linens to create a festive retreat. This room has attached bath with granite counter tops and 36" cabinets. This room also features a TV and DVD player. There is plenty of storage space in this room in the closet and 5 drawers chest.

3rd Bedroom

This bedroom was created for a couples or children in mind.   The queen size bed features a plush mattress with designer furniture atop tiled floors, TV-DVD, sizable closet and  5 drawers dresser for storage. Additionally there is a chair with reading light to relax and read a book.

Additional Sleeping Area

The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen-size sleeper bed.

Outdoor Recreation

A large patio spans the front of the vacation condo, offering ample space to enjoy the gulf breezes and spectacular ocean views. Seating for six ensures that everyone can be on the patio at once, making it a perfect place for evening cocktails or casual meals. Our customers love spending time in the balcony which is shaded during most part of the day. In addition to the beach, you can even view the bay from one end of the balcony. Three resort pools including one heated pool make it easy to take a dip, while private beach access beckons you to play in the waves.Four large resort hot tubs soothe the mind and muscles after a long day, perhaps one of playing tennis on the resort’s court. The Tennis courts are newly redone.
