This 1 bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the Tiki Bar.  The condo is in the perfect location, centered in the middle of the resort between two outdoor pools.  Walk in your condo into the family room, pass the kitchen and bathroom, open the next door into your private room that faces the ocean.  How wonderful would it be to fall alseep to the sound of the gentle waves crashing onto the beach? The condo sleeps a maxium of 6 people.  Your choice of 2 queen size beds on brand new sealy matresses!  If you travel with children, in the family room is a futon couch/bed that is way more comfortable than a pull out couch.  Trust me, I have slept their when my son brings his friends along. 

Leave your busy schedule behind and take some time to rejuvenate yourself and spend some much needed family fun.  Everytime we use the condo are self, we always say we need to use this more often and make time to get away. 

Be pampered by the resorts courteous staff, as you enjoy music and drinks by your choice of pools, indoor or out.  There is also a kids pool with two mushroom waterfalls.  You can go all out and enjoy the Spa that is located in the resort. 

You will feel right at home in your spacious condo.  It has all the comforts of home.  Including 2 flat screen TV's, family room with dinette, kitchen with eating bar between the family room and kitchen.  The kitchen has a full size refigerator with ice maker, cooktop, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, bouble size toaster and much more.  Enjoy cooking in your condo or take advantage of the restaurant inside the resort.  You can order room service.  To have a romantic dinner pinic you can take your special someone out to the fire pit for a spectacular view.  Also a wonderful place to hang out with family and friends.

We do not allow pets in the condo nor smoking within the condo itself.  But if you are a smoker, there is a private balcony off the bedroom.

A number of restaurants within walking distance and within 5 miles of 3 shopping malls/ Bel Air Plaza is within walking distance and is also home of the Turkey Rod Run

Many outdoor activies including water sports, sailing, deep sea fishing and golf courses.

No smoking or pets allowed in the condo unit.  Your security deposit will be automatically forfeited.

$200 Security deposit is required at time of booking.  We accepted checks, travel checks, money orders, and major credit cards are accepted.  Rental fee's are to be paid no less than 30 days prior to arrival. (Unless you have a email agreement with the owner).

Cancellation of booking 30 days or less prior to arrival, security deposit and booking fees will be non-refundable/ forfeited.  Unless, you have a written agreement between the owner.  Cancellation must be made by either telephone or email.  Once cancellation is received we will contact you just to confirm the cancellation.

Securiy deposit will be refunded within one week of departure less a $40 cleaning fee and less any damages if they occur.  Upon request, a receipt will be provided to vistor for any repairs charged.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We are also a family and hope to be able to rent this condo as well as use it ourselves.  I know times are tough, so we will work with you.  We want you to want to come back year after year.  Thank you.
