It  is situated on the 5th and top floor of a 19th century historical building in one of

the nicest and most sophisticted  area of PARIS. 

The apartment was renovated in December 2010.

I chose beautiful Spanish stones for the flooring and the bathroom.

 5th floor which is a PRIVATE floor.

The balconies are overlooking bld Haussmann but it is very quiet at night.

The two private balconies have outdoor furniture to relax.

From the balconies, the view of  the dome of Saint Augustin is on your left and the

dome of Le Printemps department store on your right.
