2 blocks from the beach, boardwalk and Convention Center, located at the corner of PACIFIC Ave and DAVIS Ave, Right in the middle of everything for your vacation. Sleeps 8 comfortably in bedrooms - no need to rough-it on a futon. Large wrap around porch. Very large windows for bay to beach breeze.
Our condo is very roomy and comfortable.

RENT POLICY - NO RENTALS TO INDIVIDUALS UNDER 25 YRS OLD.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths - 1500 sq ft,
Large living room with 32" TV with DVD/VCR player,ceiling fan, dining area, fully equiped kitchen with disposal, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, George Forman Grill, etc.
Bedroom 1 - queen bed, private bath, ceiling fan, 27" TV with DVD player
Bedroom 2 - bunk bed - both bunks are full size, TV
Bedroom 3 - queen bed, ceiling fan, TV
Full size Washer and Dryer in hall bathroom, Central air, large windows allows lots of cross ventilation and light in, large wrap around porch, First floor shower (inside with locked door) to wash off sand after a fun day at the beach.

Please bring your own linens, towels and paper products.

One block from tennis courts and ball fields and new playground.
Two blocks from Beach, Boardwalk & Convention Center,
Wildwood has very wide FREE beach (no beach badges needed).

Oct 3, 2009 - Oct 30, 2009 -$1,075 per week
Oct 31, 2009 - Jan 2, 2009 -$800 per week

Families & Adults 25 yrs and older only.

NO PROM WEEK, NO COLLEGE GROUPS, NO HIGH SCHOOL GROUPS

Please respect our policies - do not ask to rent if you are under 25.

Weekend rentals available for Wildwood Events other than prime rental season - July and Aug.
Accepting payments through PAYPAL ! Personal checks accepted if
received 60 days prior to vacation.
Receipt of Security Deposit ($300.00) will book your rental. Rental
due a minimum of 6 weeks prior to rental date. $300 security deposit promptly returned as long as there is no damage.

We do not charge any extra fees for cleaning.

Weekly Rental is Sat to Sat.
