Our condo is very roomy and comfortable.

RENT POLICY - NO RENTALS TO INDIVIDUALS UNDER 25 YRS OLD  - NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Families with children, or groups  OVER 25 yrs of age ONLY.

Large living room with 32" TV with DVD/VCR player,ceiling fan, dining area, fully equiped kitchen with disposal, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, George Forman Grill, etc.
Bedroom 1 - queen bed, private bath, ceiling fan, 27" TV with DVD player
Bedroom 2 - bunk bed - both bunks are full size, TV
Bedroom 3 - queen bed, ceiling fan, TV
Full size Washer and Dryer in hall bathroom, Central air, large windows allows lots of cross ventilation and light in, large wrap around porch, First floor shower (inside with locked door) to wash off sand after a fun day at the beach.
2 car off street parking. Please bring your own linens, towels and paper products.

One block from tennis courts and ball fields and new playground.
Two blocks from Beach, Boardwalk & Convention Center,
Wildwood has very wide FREE beach (no beach badges needed).

Oct 6, 2011 - Oct 27, 2013 -$1,100 per week
Nov, 3 2012 - Dec 31, 2012 -$800 per week

Weekend rentals available for Wildwood Events other than prime rental season - July and Aug.
Accepting payments through PAYPAL ! Personal checks accepted if received 60 days prior to vacation.
Receipt of Security Deposit ($400.00) will book your rental. Deposit must be received within a week of receiving our lease.

Rental due a minimum of 8 weeks prior to rental date. $400 security deposit promptly returned as long as there is no damage.

Weekly Rental is Sat to Sat.
