Flamingos Beach and Golf Resort in Nuevo Vallarta

Our condo is located on the fourth floor and is one of the closest to the ocean. Only steps to the beach where you can spend the day sun tanning, having a picnic, or just enjoy the sun.  From the balcony in the early morning you might even spot the dolphins or whales while enjoying your breakfast or just sipping on a hot beverage.  We get the morning sun, that is why our building is kind of special, for the people who just want to sit out and relax.

The unit consists of 2 bedrooms each with a full bath. The one bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom feautures 2 twin beds.  Each room has a/c  and ceiling fans with remote controls.

The kitchen has granite countertops and there is also a bar eating area along with the dining table and chairs.   There is enough room to seat 8 people if needed. All the floors are marble.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc.  For your convenience we also have a full size washer and dryer.  There is also a BBQ on the deck if that is your fancy.  We have Star Choice  for viewing along with a DVD player  if you want to rent a movie. 

We also have another unit in the same building that is a 2 bedroom with 2 king size beds and a pull out couch. It is on the 3rd floor. This unit is equipped the same as the other one.

Downstairs there is a restaurant and bar if you don't feel like cooking.  You can also enjoy a cocktail while relaxing by the pool.  There are three pools, one for the kids, one adult pool and one for the family.   The pools are heated during the cold months.  There is also a hot tub to sit back and relax in.  The Flamingo Beach is one of the best in Neuva Vallarta. 

The condo complex has 24 hour gated security so there is no need to worry about safety.

There are tennis courts, mini golf, soccer field, and even a gym  if you want to stay in shape while on vacation right in our complex.

Recently they put in a foosball table and a ping pong table for the guests to enjoy.  If you are a reader we have a small library where you can go and pick up a book in either English or Spanish. If you are energtic you can walk on the beach to the town of Buceriias, which is about a 40 minute walk.  While there you can walk around the Town Square or enjoy some of the beach front restaurants.  The people are very friendly here.  

There are also alot of things that can be done such as fishing, jet skis, swimming with the dolphins, parasailing, horseback riding on the beach, golfing, etc.  The Flamingos Golf Course is about a 5 minute drive away from the condo. Trust me, you can never run out of things to do.

If you want to go into Puerto Vallarta it is about 20 minutes to the Malecon, where you can see more Mexican culture and just enjoy the walk.
