Our recently renovated penthouse offers 2 bedrooms each with a full bath., the master bedroom boasting a king size bed with a balcony .  The 2nd bedroom has its own bath as well and offers 2 twin beds,. Both units have vaulted ceilings, and  floor to ceiling closets.  The kitchen has granite countertops, fridge, range with oven, microwave, dish washer, and even a washer and dryer for your convenience.  The unit is fully equipped with all the linens, dishes, towels , etc..  There is also a ½ bath on the main floor just off the dining room and living room.  There is a/c and ceiling fans in every room for your convenience.The living room has a pull out couch to sleep two more guests if needed.

The Marina Vallarta Golf Course is an 18 hole course designed by the famous American, Joe Finger, and as I mentioned the unit backs onto hole #3.  It is a mix of tropical ambience of the Pacific coast with views of the Sierra Madre and Banderas Bay.  The clubhouse is only a couple minutes away. In December of each year the Vallarta Golf Club hosts the International Pro Am. 

There is a gorgeous pool located right to the back of the condo as well as many surrounding mansions and excentric homes if you enjoy walking around and admiring the sights. This is the perfect location as you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet or go to the Marina or Malecon and enjoy everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

Puerto Vallarta’s Paradise offers both tranquility and the magic of the Marina’s promenade with it’s excellent selection of shops, restaurants, tours, fishing charters, full-service spas, Ameri-Med Clinic, etc. and taxis and busses at your convenience for your comfort of the everyday amenities.  Only five minutes from the International airport, our ideal location will please those who appreciate the Marina District.  Downtown is only about 15 minutes way where you will find the Malecon and all it has to offer.  You can get around Vallarta by bus, taxi, or even renting a car.   There is something here for everyone in the family to enjoy. The charm of this unit has been upgraded to all the comforts of your home away from home.  Stay inside and relax with dinner or just watch a movie with  Telecable TV.  Swim or play around the pool with the kids or just sit and enjoy the weather while reading a good book.  Have a glass of wine or enjoy a drink on one of the two balconies that overlook the golf course and pool/garden area.  You can also walk to the Marina and take a leisurely stroll on the Marina Promenade and enjoy the unique shops and restaurants.
