This property is located in the Village at Waters Edge, a small development of
24 free standing houses along the sandy shores of Lake Erie in Port Clinton, Ohio. The house has three floors - the middle level is the living area with living room, dining area, large kitchen and two bedrooms, each with an adjoining bath; on the third floor is the master bedroom, with bath; the first floor has the
entryway, laundry room with full size washing machine and dryer, and a two-car garage. There is also an outside deck for al fresco dining. The complex has a private sandy beach as well as a heated swimming pool and spa. [Note: heated pool and spa opens in mid-May and closes in mid-September.]  The house is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants (fast food as well as fine dining), and the City Park.  Downtown Port Clinton, the Jet Express ferry to Put-in-Bay and the fishing breakwall are just minutes away by car. World-renowed Cedar Point Amusement Park - think awesome roller coasters - in Sandusky
is just 10 miles away.  Great Location - one hour from Cleveland, Ohio, and two
hours from Detroit, Michigan.

There are three bedrooms each with adjoining bath. Two bedrooms each have king size beds and one bedroom has twin beds with a pull-out trundle bed. A twin-bed size air mattress and a baby's Pack 'n Play are also available. The bathrooms all have bathtubs with shower combination. The living area has comfy seating for six and eating space for six. There is a gas fireplace in the living area. The house is fully furnished, including bed linens, towels, blankets; all kitchen equipment, including toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, dishes, pots and pans, crock pot, kitchen utensils; laundry room has full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board; Flat screen TV's in living area and all three bedrooms; DVD player; VCR player; stereo system; movies, games, and books for adults and children. Bring your laptop - there is high speed internet access. Beach towels (6) and beach chairs (4) are also provided.

Rates for 2013                                                                                                                                April 20 - May 24 - $1,125 per week; Minimum Stay - 2 nights; Weekends - Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun - $190 per night.
May 25 - June 14 - $1,710 per week; Minimum Stay - 2 nights; Weekends - Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun - $275 per night.
June 15 - Sept. 6 - $1,875 per week; Minimum Stay - One Week    Prefer Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun.
Sept. 7 - Oct. 4 - $1,125 per week; Minimum Stay - 2 nights; Weekends - Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun - $190 per night.
Oct. 5 - Nov. 29 - $ 760 per week; Minimum Stay - 2 nights; Weekends - Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun - $140 per night.

Notes: Discount for rentals of more than one week.  Discount for repeat clients. 
$500 Refundable Damage Security Deposit Required. This deposit will be returned within ten (10) days of departure.
$120 Departure Cleaning Fee.
6% Lodging/Bed tax for short term rentals [less than 30 days] will be added to rental amount as mandated by local city and county governments.
