Casa Pacifica Saladita in Zihuatanejo

Casa Pacifica Saladita is a wonderful ocean front home located on the North end of La Saldita beach just 40 min north of Ziuatanejo in the state of Guerrero on the Pacific side.

Our home was just completed in September 2010. The house has 5 ocean view rooms with 5 full baths and guest closets. Two of the rooms are masters with king size beds, while the other two are equiped with queens and two twin bunk beds in each room. The downstairs bedroom has a king. The four upstairs rooms have private white water viewing decks as the downstairs has white water views with French doors that lead out to the swimming pool that has 100% unobstructed view of the surf and beach.

 If you want to get out of the sun our large palm palapa will keep you cool while laying in our recliners over looking the pool and surf. The house also includes a media room which includes a 42 inch flat screen tv, with DVD and a Wii video game system. We do have a ipod hookup so bring your Ipod and enjoy our indoor/outdoor speakers.

We have a full kitchen, a full dining room with a large dinner table, a lounge area with a large couch as well. We have air conditioners in every room of the house. Note all these areas have white water views with the exception of the media room.

The house also has a third story roof top deck for a panoramic view of the rain forest and the ocean. We have a full time caretaker named Guillermo who speaks perfect English. For just $20 a day for groups of 4 or less you can have Martina, Guillermo's wife prepare three meals a day and do your maid services. if you group is larger we will just add more help. Food is not included. They can arrainge to buy the food for you upon request and a service fee. If you are a surfer, the waves get really fun outfront of the house and are crowdless.

There are other great  Surf spots around like "La Saladita Point" a very long left that is great for long boarding or beginners. The point is located 5 min south of the house by car. Or you can surf the Ranch, which is about a 30 min drive North which has a nice long fast left to it that is fun for shortboarding and longboarding. The Water temp is usually around 76-86 degrees year round. The house is very clean and very new.

Our rates vary depending on the season and the size of the group. This is a smoke free house. No smoking allowed. We do accept nightly rentals based on a 2-3 night minimum.
