Approximately 1 hour to all theme parks, and 1/2 hour to Kennedy Space Center/Cape Canaveral and Historic Cocoa Village. You can view shuttle and rocket launches from the condo complex.

11% RESORT/SALES TAX is applied to all rents unless you are tax exempt with documentation.
CLEANING/SECURITY DEPOSITS: A $260.00 deposit is required to hold all monthly rentals, ($160.00 for weekly/3 day rentals) and is refundable if cancellations are made 60 days prior to the Date of Arrival/Rental. The Deposit, less a minimum cleaning fee of $60.00, will be returned if ALL things in the apartment are left in the condition in which you found them. The freezer and refrigerator must be emptied upon departure. Deposits will be returned by mail within 30 days of departure.
