Candyland Fun in No Wake Cove Location in Lake of the Ozarks

So cute and safe on cul-de-sac & no wake-cove location-perfect for safe, fun swimming.  Dock is 2 well (25'long) with jet ski lift and swim dock with swing!  House (one level) has 3 bedrooms (one is connected to the other) with 2 full baths and huge deck with access from master bedroom and liv. room and has 2 outside tables!  Kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space, breakfast bar (seats 4) and extra roll out bar (seats 2) plus dining room table that seats 5.  Lake decor and 2 refrigerators!  New central AC, furnace, dishwasher, windows, and washer dryer! Steps to lake but railing on both sides, lighting and rest stops plus additional lower deck with pic-nick table!  Private sewer system, good road maintance and only 1 min. to movie theatre and 4 min. to grocery stores!

2 Queen sized beds (bedding supplied). 2 Full sized beds and one upper level twin (bedding supplied).  Towels supplied but bring your beach towels.  Microwave, electric stove, 2 ref., dishwasher, washer & dryer in seperate utility room. Master bedroom is spacious with dressers, recliner and big closet plus sliding door to deck! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve 8+ people!  Cable & DVD player is provided! Book plenty of time as you won't want to leave! Bring your floaties, life jackets and rafts (blow-up kind is all you'll need-we have electric air pump)! Grill supplied (bring charcoal). Dock has multiple plug-ins for your stereo or electric devices.

Swimming is safe in this no wake cove, plus electrical was just updated to insure safety! Fishing is great here (crappie bed) plus no-wake cove means the dock does not rock!

Hornie Toad complex & Buyou Bill's complex (featuring swimming pool, live music & chaise lounges that make you think you're in a Mexican resort) is very short trip straight across lake (out the cove).  Gas pumps-next cove to the south & across main chanel (24 hr pumps).  Short ride (by car or boat) to Gravois Arm to 3+ restaurants and Coconuts complex (they have a swim-up bar, restaraunt (great food), volleyball, games, music and childrens play area).  Captain Ron's & Paradise are great places for live bands and dancing and are close by car.  Huge choice of other restaurants on the water all within 10-30 min. boat or jet-ski ride!  Easily accessed by car as well!

Hike in Ha-Ha Tonka State Park (see the old mansion ruins).  Go to all the caves (Bridal cave is excellent), shop to your hearts content in Osage Beach.  Laurie has a movie theatre, 18-hole golf course (Indian Creek), shopping, 2 grocery stores, boat sales and parts!  Many other golf courses within driving distance & across bridge (toll) to Osage area!

You'll need a month to do it all-here at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks!

High Season-July 1-Sept 6, 2011 $175 night(Monday-Thur.) $200 night (Friday thru Sunday & Holiday) or $1200 weekly with discount for 2 weeks or more ($1000 for 2nd or 3rd week)

Spring and Early Summer-May 23rd to June 30th, $175 night (Friday thru Sunday) and $150 night (Monday-Thursday) or $1050.00 weekly.

Pre-season April 1-May 22 and Late Season Sept. 7th-Oct. 15th, 2011-$125 night or 7th night free.

Cleaning fee $100, Damage deposit $300, Half due upon reservation, other half due 15 days before reservation date.

No smoking inside, call for small dog exception.
