3 BR, 2 1/2 BATH HOME (Sunday- Sunday) in Eastham

Miss the traffic on/off Cape with Sunday to Sunday Rental.    The Street address is 260 Aspinet Rd, Eastham. Kitchen has granite countertops & new appliances incl. dishwasher, double door refrigerator, microwave, ceramic top electric range. There is a high efficiency, high tech washer/dryer in the spacious (but unfinished) basement.  Other rooms include a large 12’X 18’ three-season room. a combined LR-DR area with comfortable furniture (love seat and sofa) and a dining set that can seat up to 8.  Bedrooms are the master BR (11'8' X 10'5') with king bed and private bath; BR2 (10'6' X 10'5') has Queen bed, and BR3 (8' X 10'5') has 2 single beds.  (King sheets provided upon request).

Bike or walk to Bike Trail (.5 mi), beaches (1.25 mi to Sunken Meadow, 2.5 mi to Nauset Light Beach), Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary (1 mi), and tennis courts (1.25 mi). Many extras such as HD TV, DVD player, wireless Internet, large private yard, 1-car garage (store bikes, etc.)  MC/VISA accepted but checks preferred.  No smoking.  Maximum occupancy is 6.   Children very much welcome.  Pet also welcome with advance notice and Landlord approval.

This 3 BR home (built in 2007) is on the same lot as a 1 BR cottage that is attached to the right side of the garage.  The cottage has separate parking and entrance on the opposite side of the lot with no access to the fenced in backyard.   The cottage is NOT part of this rental.

In addition to amenities mentioned in the home description, this home also has ceiling fans in all rooms, tubs with shower in both full bathrooms.  Comforters, bedspreads, blankets, and pillows are provided. (Renter must bring own sheets and towels except for King sheets that are provided on request). 

Also includes gas grill, off street parking for 3 cars, picnic table and a large and gated backyard.  

Local activities include surfing, swimming, tennis, fishing, golf, wind-surfing, walking and biking trails.  Attractions are Cape Cod National Seashore, many bayside and oceanside beaches, Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, and more.  This is a family destination with lots of family activities and places to eat and enjoy.

Eastham is the gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore which covers more than 70% of the Outer Cape and is composed of the towns of Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown.  The Outer Cape is a varied mix of untouched natural beauty and small town rural development.  Nowhere can you find fresh water and saltwater beaches so close to each other.  The distance from beaches on the Bay and those on the ocean side is less than 5 miles at the widest point.

8/25 - 9/1/13:      $1200 per week 

9/1 - 9/8/13:       $1000 per week

9/2 - 9/9      $1000 per week

MC/VISA, PAYPAL is accepted but check is preferred.

Cancellation Policy:  If another tenant can be found at the same rate, you receive a full refund.  If another tenant is found but at a lower rate, you forfeit the difference.  If no replacement can be found, all rent received to date is forfeited.  (If you need to cancel, please notify me immediately - I will do my best to find a replacement - Jean).  In any case, the Security Deposit (if already paid) will always be refunded.

Security Deposit is $200.  It will be returned to you shortly after your departure unless there is damage.  Then you will be notified that the security deposit must be applied to pay for any damage caused during your stay.  You will receive an itemized accounting for repairs and any remaining money will be returned to you.

It is the policy of the owners to rent the house only to families with children or a group of adults who are related by family and/or marriage.  Exceptions are possible with owner permission.
