Excellent place to stay. We have been coming to Orlando for several years now but this is the first time for a non-time share or hotel and we are very happy. The place was clean and comfortable as advertised. The owners went out of their way to help my family celebrate Easter by providing treats, stuffed animals, and even hiding eggs. My girls, including my wife were thrilled. It is 30 minutes to the parks but it is an easy drive and allowed the girls to almost go to sleep so when we arrived at the condo they were ready for bed. We will stay there again.

This was the first time we were taking an extended vacation & we wanted a place where we could feel at home. Also didn't want to have to pay too high of a price. This sounded too good to be true.
We spoke with Nancy (who was very pleasant)She gave us all the info that we asked for & even helped us out with a couple of obsticles we encountered. the place was everything we could have wanted & more. We had a couple of issues with the place while we were staying there. We called to let them know (Joyce) & they were right there to take care of them (with appologies which were unnessesary).
We were so pleased with the place, we showed it to some of our friends that were staying elsewhere & they are considering renting there next year as are we. It is a very clean, quiet, gated community. Everyone is very friendly. It is quite a distance away from Disney which makes it more affordable. Walmart is only 15 minutes away for all your needs & some food places if you choose to dine out. Kudos Nancy, Lori & Joyce.

Lake Marion Hideaway is a nice place to relax.The villa we rented was OK and the grounds were very well maintained.Getting to the villa was a task in itself,as the properity is in nowhere land(GPS helps).However on the other side is:The hourseshoe pits are all weeds and the shuffleboard is unuseable to play.The basketball courts are all neighborhood kids play late into the nite.
At the Valentines Dinner party we was told the the regular tennents don't like kids there to stay closer to Disney Worldso they can have theit piece and quite.Driving to any place is no less then 20 miles round trip.Nothing to do as there are no activities going on.Some of the guards are very helpfull and others you like to throw in the pool.(Don't leave without your wristband or you'll be walking home.)
As for the villa we stayed at there was a alot of perminent redisdents in the area with kids playing.
Nice place to rent if you're going to be only to sleep.
