5000 Sq. foot magnificent custom home incredible views in Lake Nacimiento

5000 Sq. foot home overlooking Lake Nacimiento. Everyone who has stayed in our home said the pictures do not show how incredible the home and views are.  Access  to private launch ramp and dock in a 5mph zone.  Incredible views of the lake and mountainside that are hard to find anywhere.  You will fee like you are on top of the world with these views.  Huge stone deck and redwood deck and outdoor cooking area overlooking the lake.  Fabulous views while you relax and cook outside.  The home has a huge kitchen for entertainment with two 36" large refrigerators, a 36" freezer, Sub Zero wine cooler, huge granite island and flat screen tv in Kitchen.  Large dinning room, pool table, fooz ball and game area next to mahogany bar area and family room with a large flat screen TV.  The home is very spacious and has lots of parking.  Five large bedrooms and four bathrooms in the main home. One Master bedroom has two queen beds, two master bedrooms have Kings beds, another bedroom with a queen. One additional bedroom is in an detached building next to the home with one king and one queen.  There is an extra charge if you would like to add the availability of this guest room. Custom built home to enjoy life at the Lake with sitting areas around the home to enjoy all the views.  This home is excellent for parties and entertaining large groups.  Plenty of parking for 20 or more vehicles.  Inquire about boat rentals

Jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ with both wood and gas BBQs along with a smoker.  Outdoor patio furniture where you can enjoy the view while entertaining.  Pool table, fooz ball table, large screen TV in the family room and also a flat screen in the kitchen.  Four large bedrooms and four full bathrooms.  The home is inside a fenced yard and gate.  The home also has a private dock on a beach 3 minutes below the home. Boat launching service available. 

The home has indoor/outdoor dog kennels and play runs.  Dogs can only be brought if prearranged.  $100 per dog extra charge.  We have a KOI pond in the front yard so dogs can not run free in the front yard or outside of the dog kennel area.

Enjoy Lake Nacimiento fishing, boating, biking, hiking, or wine tasting.  The city of Paso Robles is 40 minutes away.

We have two new kayaks available for rent at $25/day or $125/week each and a 15 foot fishing boat with an 8 hp motor for $85/day or $480/week (plus fuel at the current rate).  Advanced reservations are recommended since we offer these boats at two homes.

We have a 5 night minimum at $800-1000/night unless prearranged.  $250 cleaning fee.  Five night minimum can be waived when less than nights are available.  $1000/night for 1-4 nights.

Extra guest room in separate building has a king and queen.  This room is available for $450/week or $60/night.

 Pets are $150 each, must be preauthorized and all rules followed.
