just a short block to the beach (Atlantic Ocean and main lifeguard
stand) and only 1/2 block to the large private pool and tennis court.


This villa is in the very desireable Ocean Village Villas area.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eat in kitchen and a
private screened porch with ceiling fan. The unit has a large
backyard as well. You will be welcomed by the inviting beachy decor
when you arrive. Plenty of parking is available.

We are a short scenic drive to St. Augustine (45 minutes)to the
north
or 45 minutes to the south to Cape Canaveral. Daytona Beach (World's
Most Famous Beach)and Daytona International Speedway( Nascar,AMA
Motorcycle races)are a short drive. Orlando, Disney World, Sea
World, and other theme parks are about a 90 minute drive. Enjoy all
the fun of Disney yet be able to come home to the beach and
beautiful
Atlantic Ocean.
