This is a beautiful, newly updated beach villa. The villa has a
Florida tile roof and mature landscaping. Enjoy the central air/heat and
kick back and relax after your day at the beach. Sheets and linens
are provided. The unit has a full size stove, refrigerator, and
microwave as well as a stackable washer and dryer in unit. There is a new 26 inch flat screen tv in the living room and basic cable is provided.  Floors are new ceramic tile. Rooms have ceiling fans. But best of all it is just a short block to the beach (Atlantic Ocean and main lifeguard stand) and only 1/2 block to the large private pool and tennis court.


This villa is in the very desireable Ocean Village Villas area.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eat in kitchen and a
private screened porch with ceiling fan. The unit has a large
backyard as well. You will be welcomed by the inviting beachy decor
when you arrive. Plenty of parking is available.

Ormond Beach has many nearby activities including miniature golf, a
water park, swimming, a beautiful beach, wonderful shelling,
parasailing, fantastic restaurants and wonderful stores for shopping.

We are a short scenic drive to St. Augustine (45 minutes)to the north
or 45 minutes to the south to Cape Canaveral. Daytona Beach (World's
Most Famous Beach)and Daytona International Speedway( Nascar,AMA
Motorcycle races)are a short drive. Orlando, Disney World, Sea
World, and other theme parks are about a 90 minute drive. Enjoy all
the fun of Disney yet be able to come home to the beach and
beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

We stayed for a month! With the exception of having no internet and limited cable, the place was perfect. It was bright, airy and sparkling clean. The location was great and neighborhood safe and friendly. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The screen room was great for quiet afternoon reading time after spending hours on the beach. Even though Hope allows some pets, there was no residual signs of pets staying in the rental.

Hope was great to work w/. Everything was done professionally and easily online and w/ a fax machine.

Didn't use the pool but the pool and recreation area was very nice.

Best place to stay-had great time

We wanted a quick vacation near the ocean and didn't want to pay a big price but wanted a nice place for sure. This home is located in an area that is villas and has a nice beachy feel. The home was spotless and just as the pics showed. We were also able to bring our dog a first for any vacation
we have gone on. The owner was great to deal with-she did everything she said and it was simple. We did it all by email + mail. We loved the beach right at the end of the street and drove our car on everday. We also love the villa community pool we used it everyday also.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Owners response: Always trying to make vacations for people easy and fun. Thanks for staying and I appreciate good people staying at my home.

We had a very stay all items their as the same in own home 'could use internet' availability. the large 'lanai' screened porch makes a 'Big ' plus for a long stay'' 'Pool is great & ocean not far 'Thanks ' Hope' ''Angies'' memories w/ always be there 'Cathy & 'Bill

Recommended for: age 55+, people with disabilities, pet-friendly, sight seeing
