Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a luxury gated resort community in 
upscale North Naples, across from the Ritz-Carlton, and a 
short 2 block walk to the beach.  Your second floor luxury residence 
with sweeping bay views has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully-equipped 
kitchen, and is comfortably furnished for your Florida vacation.  
Your residence has been professionally decorated in a tasteful West 
Indies tropical motif.  You will enjoy gorgeous views of the bay 
from your living room, screened lanai, and master suite. BROADBAND 
AND WIFI AVAILABLE INSIDE OUR CONDO. The Master suite has a king 
sized bed,views of the Bay from the bed, 32" wall hung LCD TV,its 
own private bath and large walk-in shower. Second 
bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV/DVD combo, and the third 
bedroom has two twin beds and LCD TV. Your waterfront residence 
offers the most privacy in all of the Regatta resort. The living 
room has a 36" TV and DVD player for your entertainment.  The 
residence is also equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, 
linens,hairdryers,beach chairs and bath and beach towels.  No pets 
permitted.  No smoking permitted.  
No exceptions.

Regatta is located in the heart of North Naples which boasts world-
class dining and shopping, as well as the popular chains (Macaroni
Grill, Outback Steakhouse, California Pizza Kitchen and PF Changs are
some). Enjoy shopping and dining at the newly renovated upscale
Waterside Shops, or the boutiques of Old Naples (5th Avenue & 3rd
Street South), and the Village on Venetian Bay, all just a short 
drive
away.  Live entertainment and arts are available at the Naples
Philharmonic and the Naples Dinner Theatre. Within walking distance
are a fabulous park, complete with walking/jogging trail, playground
and (lighted) tennis courts; the public library, movie theaters, ice
cream parlor, and 2 major grocery stores, Publix and Albertson's. 
Bicycle rentals, golf, fishing, boating, and other water sports are
also available nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

Security Deposit $250.  One week minimum rental
February - May 2008  $2,000 per week  $6500 per month
May 2008 - $1500 per week    
Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed.
Post Cleaning Fee of $75 is required.
