Myers Beach and if you like there is a daily cruise to Key West. The options are limitless. Spring training Baseball, The Henry Ford & Thomas Edison Estates and Everglades all within reach. Low Season May 1 - Nov 15:

1-2 guests $   900.00/week + 11% Tax

each additional guest $50/week + 11% Tax

High Season Nov 16 - Apr 30:

1-2 guests $1,200.00/week + 11% Tax
each additional guest $75/week + 11% Tax

No charge for kids under the age of 10 years

all prices plus 11% Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax)
Cleaning Fee: US $160    Security deposit: US $500  

Minimum stay: 7 days       Christmas and Easter min. stay 7 days plus 15%

Rate includes electricity up to US $25.00 per week (additional use will be settled by the deposit with US $0.12/KWH)

We only require a 25% down payment to hold your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
