vacation rental description
This vacation home is located in a private Lake Michigan access beach association. The association is located at the base of one of the largest dunes in the area. The rental home has four spacious bedrooms with linens provided, a large living area, full walkout lower level recreation room, two and a half baths, and a large, airy kitchen. The home is newly redecorated throughout. It can easily accommadate two families. A large deck is accessed from either the kitchen or living room. The house is located within a half minute drive to our private Lake Michigan association access - with secure gated parking. The private association beach is within a four minute walk, along the water, to the Holland State Park Beach - one of the most popular beaches in Michigan. The home is located on a wooded lot near other vacation rentals and is just a three minute drive to Tunnel Park. It is near one of Holland's most attractive bike paths. It is approximately an eight minute drive to downtown Holland. Prom parties are not allowed.

vacation rental rates
$2100 per week (Saturday 4:00 PM checkin-Saturday 11:00 AM checkout) June, July, August. $1400 per month during the off season.
$500.00 deposit with one half due one month prior to rental date and balance to be paid at checkin.
$250.00 per night off season (minimum of three nights).
