Oceanfront, 7th floor condo with ocean front balcony, great views, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, and washer and dryer.
Recently renovated with new windows, paint, carpet and furnishings. This is our second home that we enjoy as often as possible. We try to make you feel welcome. This is a corner unit on an upper floor with beautiful views of the beach and ocean.
This is a non smoking unit, with 3 night minimum stay and Saturday to Saturday during high season.
Rentals to families only, no house parties please. No pets allowed

The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the third has 2 twins (a daybed with a pull out). Living area has a queen pull out sofa.
Central air, dishwasher, three televisions, dvd player, and free wifi.
Oceanfront pool and jacuzzi
Televisions in every bedroom and in the main living room
You need to provide your own sheets and towels or they can be rented
Parking on the first and second floors with off street parking for motorcycles/RVs across the street.

Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Nascar Speed Park, and Ripleys to name a few. Themed water parks. Many, many restaurants, up-scale to very affordable.
