Beach Block w/Pool/HotTub in North Wildwood

Great condo makes for a great vacation!

I have been vacationing in North Wildwood for many years--first as a kid with my parents and now as a parent with my own kids. We love the plethora of family-centered fun that the area provides. The owners certainly describe this property accurately. The location of this condo is great--on the quiet end of the boardwalk within a reasonable walk to the rides, waterpark, and beach--even for the kids. We all loved being steps away from the best ice cream in Wildwood (Hassles). The condo is beautifully decorated--obviously a home and not just a business property. It is a well-maintained unit with more than enough space for 3 generations. On the rainy days (we had several on our particular trip this year) the kids enjoyed the downstairs sitting room, complete with fridge and gaming system. The kitchen was adequately equiped and the dining area large enough for 10. The 2-car garage, shared with the owners of the upstairs unit, was a little tight on space--we needed to stow our bikes and stroller in front of the car. Some coordination with the owners using the other half of the garage was needed to ensure that the shared front entrance was locked so that our bikes remained secure. The pool was delightful. Unfortunately, some of the owners of other units did not comply with posted rules for the pool area--namely no smoking and no children in the hot tub. I found the owner to be very easy to work with; she provided prompt and excellent communication. We would absolutely rent this unit again on a future visit to Wildwood.

Great Vacation!

What a great time! The owner Maureen was a real pleasure to work with. She responds quickly to all requests and questions. The condo was gorgeous and my family had a great time. We were within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, ice cream and bike rentals. You just parked your car and enjoyed your vacation.

Recommended for: families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, tourists without a car

Exceeded our Expectations

Every year we rent a luxury townhouse for our family vacation and this was our first stay at this property. Maureen the owner was very prompt and easy to work with through the lease process and upon checking in we were pleased to find that the unit looked better in person than in the photos. It is very tastefully decorated and we felt at home. We did not have any problems during our stay and agree that this is a great vacation place we would definitely recommend.
