Vacation Rental Description

Nestled against a mountainside and near the beautiful Big Thompson 
River, the D&J Victorian Townhome offers beautiful surroundings and 
a relaxing atmosphere. The cabin has a victorianized exterior, an 
immaculate, beautifully decorated interior, and a front porch with 
swing to enjoy the refreshing Colorado air and wildlife that 
frequent the area. Part of Blue Spruce Village on Hwy 66, the 
townhome is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit with a wood-burning fireplace 
and an attached garage. The Blue Spruce Village is a quiet, private 
community just outside of the city limits of Estes Park. The eastern 
edge of Rocky Mountain National Park is just a quarter mile to the 
west of the property, allowing an easy 20 minute hike directly to 
Moraine Park within Rocky Mountain National Park. The YMCA of the 
Rockies and Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park 
are each just a 5-minute drive away.  Dennis and Joyce Claassen
