This great 2 bedroom unit is located right on the waters edge. This first story unit has wood floors thoughout with a delightful updated master bath with large shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed. You will enjoy the complex with it's inviting pool, tennis, as well as available boat slips for rent. You are just minutes from Ft. Desoto Beach where you can enjoy miles of white sandy beaches. The unit also has wireless internet access. Sorry, no pets and NO SMOKING.

This unit is well equiped with plenty of good quality and matching kitchen ware. All linens are provided. The unit has central heat and air, cable, TV's, Microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove and phone.
There is a clubhouse with a laundry room attached. The clubhouse offers WiFi wireless internet, billiards, workout room, sofas for watching TV with a group of friends, tables for games!

At Holiday Island you can enjoy swimming, tennis, boating, kayaking, fishing, and meet many new friends while in Florida! Bring your bikes and you can enjoy the miles of bike paths on Ft. Desoto Beach which is just a short drive away! Ft. Desoto boasts miles of white sandy shorelines, boat ramps, camping, and picnic pavalions. Or you can catch a ferry to explote the remote island of Egmot Key! St. Pete Beach and Pass-a-grille are close by as well. This are features many nice resturants. Micky Mouse and friends are a short 90 minute drive. Or if a sports fan, you can enjoy Rays Baseball, Lightning Hockey, or Bucs Football. Downtown St. Petersburg has many museums to visiit as well such as our new Dali and new Chihuly Museum.
vacation rental rates
A reservation deposit of $300 is due upon reserving the unit. This will become your security deposit once you've arrived. The balance of your rent plus 12% tax is due 30 days prior to your arrival. All rates are subject to change. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Boat slip rental is $10 per day/ $75 per month. Boat trailer parking is $5 per day. Boat Insurance must be provided in order to rent a slip.
