We accept checks  or money orders.A damage deposit of 250$  is due at time of booking . Full payment is due 14 days  prior to arrival  or reservation will be cancelled  and deposit  forfeited. Damage  Deposit  will be returned  after departure  of unit and satisfactory  inspection of unit . There will be a 84$  cleaning fee on all rentals..  There is a 3 night stay minimum . Prefer  saturday to saturday rentals. Must be 25 years or older  to rent . Rates subject to 12%  tax. A maximum  of 6 people are allowed.  If more than 6 people are found staying in unit , you will surrender your deposit.{Enforced}. No Smoking, No Pets,  Under 25 years old must be accompanied by parent .
