We invite you to enjoy our beautifully remodeled, single level villa in the gated and gorgeous Silver Sands Racquet Club community. Silver Sands Racquet Club is a wonderful gated community offering privacy and friendly residents/guests. It's a 25 minute drive from Palm Springs airport and a 2 hour drive to Anaheim.

This desert oasis is the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy tennis, golf, hiking and all the other activities this sunny valley has to offer.

This 2 bdrm/2 bath villa has an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling and windows on all sides. This creates a very bright, airy and spacious feeling to the main living area of the villa. The inside dining area comfortably seats six. The living room is very comfortable with sectional sofa, fireplace, cable TV, stereo, and reading chair/light.The newly redone kitchen opens to the living area with new appliances and is completely stocked for every need.

Both bedrooms have private baths and dressing rooms. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated and updated. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has a king bed that can be split into twin beds. Both bedrooms have sliding door access to the private courtyard. They also have cable TV and ceiling fans.

There is a large 2-car garage with washer/dryer, extra fridge and lots of storage space.

The villa is very quiet and includes a large private courtyard for desert outdoor living. The courtyard is trimmed with desert landscaping, palm tree, Spanish fountain, and accent lighting. This is a perfect setting for outdoor dining with patio table, umbrella, BBQ, etc. From the courtyard it’s a few steps to a common pool and hot tub with fantastic views of the San Jacinto mountains and palm trees.

At Silver Sands you can join other community residents for tennis matches (tennis pro can arrange matches), potluck dinners, tennis socials, golf outings, etc. There are 15 pools, 8 lighted tennis courts, and a newly expanded club house. An on-site tennis pro is available from October to May. There is no cost to tenants to play tennis and lessons are available for a fee.

Silver Sands is close to wonderful restaurants, public golf courses, and incredible shopping. Several casinos offer gaming, great restaurants, and well known popular entertainment. El Paseo, the “Rodeo Drive of the Desert”, is a five minute drive with its world class shopping and art galleries. Silver Sands is surrounded by numerous world class golf courses and is located adjacent to Marriott’s Desert Springs Resort and Spa complete with two golf courses.
