Vacation Rental Description

Three bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom are 
fully furnished with all amenities of home.  Enjoy this quiet home-
away-from-home in the heart of Port of Spain. It is a peaceful, 
charming and relaxing environment that's fully secured.  This quaint 
three-bedroom Woodbrook home sleeps a maximum of six guests and is 
available year round.  Quite and convenient neighborhood.  Backyard
area for relaxation and night entertainment walking distance on the
Avenue.  Experience all the glories of visiting Woodbrook, Trinidad.

Great location for carnival, family reunions, attendees of 
conferences and sports meet.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air condition and hotwater bath are part of your every day vacation.
Two bedrooms with queen size beds in each and one with double twin size.  
Cleaning service provided upon request.  Contacts are available for
car rental and daily event schedules. Kitchen fully equipped with stove, 
refridgerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender and dishes.

Tour guide and airport pick-up are available at additional rates. Tour
guide can be available from early morning to after dinner.  Tours may
include visit to Tobago, Pitch Lake, country sides and beaches.   You
get an opportunity to visit local resturants and enjoy local foods.

Activities and Attractions

Carnival haven, conveniently located to mas camps, panyards, Queen's
Park Oval, Parade of the Bands, Queen's Park Savannah, restaurants,
shopping and other entertainment. Walking distance to Soca Broadway,
Saint James and always ready for jourvert.  For spectators, you can
take a quick walk to the parade of bands on carnival day. Best of 
all, the house is minutes away for rest and relaxation in a quite oasis.
Minutes away from golf course,tennis court and a jog around the savannah.
Located 20 minutes from Chaguaramas Bay and Macqueripe Bay.

Vacation Rental Rates

April to November $1,050 per week, or $80 per room per day for a minimum of 5 days.
December to March $3,000 per week.
