The kitchen is fully equipped. The laundry room has top of line full sized Maytag washer /dryer. Other amenities include a digital keyboard, books, games, some movies and wireless high speed internet.

The second living area boarders the breakfast area on the other end of the condo and is excellent for the kids with their own TV and recreation area. The third bedroom adjoins this area and is equipped with twin beds again perfect for  kids.

One inside assigned parking spot is included with automatic openers, additional parking is outside for you and guests.

Your Condo has big screen TV, DVD, VCR,  books, games, cards, movies, wireless high speed internet, free digital long distance covering US and Canada. All linens, hair dryer, Maytag washer and dryer, initial supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, shampoo/conditioner and detergents and stuff ….yawn……

Ponce Inlet is an Old Florida quaint seaside community located about halfway between high profile Daytona and New Smyrna Beach’s. You are close to all the action (Daytona Boardwalk, Daytona International Speedway, LPGA, Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Attractions ) but have the pleasure of returning to a peaceful quiet NO DRIVE beach. The beach adjacent to the Condo is CLEAN  pure white sand, PRISTINE, and SAFE under the watchful eye of Beach Patrol.  Your Condo has a full complement of boogy boards, umbrellas, chairs and sand toys solely for your pleasure and enjoyment. Whether you are a surfer, sand boarder, swimmer, boogy boarder, frisbee thrower, or simply into building sand castles or catching rays; there is not a better safer beach undisturbed by traffic and clutter.

There are many great casual restaurants most notably being “The North Turn” a short walk north on beach; however, the unit has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, marble countertops with microwave/convection oven  Additionally there are points of interest such as The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Ponce Inlet State Park with a fishing jetty and two dog parks. There is a ferry to New Smyma Beach, a  Turtle Preserve Hospital and Museum, deep sea fishing charters, Ponce Inlet Nature Preserve, Botanical Park or walking  and bike trails if that is your thing. Special:  Split Month Packages offered in Spring and Fall allowing you to take your month thru multiple stays.

Fall rates: $3,000; 

Summer rates:  $3,600;

Winter/Spring rates: $3,300

In addition to the above, a 12.5% Florida State and Volusia County Resort Tax applies, and $125 cleaning fee.

Reservations:

Security deposit: $500  Deposit will be returned within 30 days less cleaning, key/opener replacement or damage.

Security deposit due at booking. 

Rental payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund prior to 75 days, half 45-75 days, none within 45 days. Re-scheduling negotiable.
